Abacus Architects Named a 2026 BizTimes Future 50 Award Winner
We're honored to share that Abacus Architects has been named a 2026 Future 50 award winner by BizTimes Media. The Future 50 recognizes privately held companies across southeastern Wisconsin for sustained, verified growth, and this milestone belongs to every client, partner, and team member who helped us reach it.
What the Future 50 Award Recognizes
The Future 50 program carries real history in the Milwaukee business community. The Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce established it in 1988, and BizTimes Media now leads the program with MMAC as a partner. Each year it honors 50 privately owned companies headquartered in the nine-county southeastern Wisconsin region.
The recognition is earned, not self-reported. Honorees submit three years of sales and employment data, BizTimes verifies the figures with each company's accountant and banker, and companies are ranked on documented growth plus projected growth for the year ahead. This year's class will be celebrated at the Future 50 awards luncheon on September 18 at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward.
A Milestone Built on Relationships
Awards measure outcomes, but the outcome came from how we work. Every project, every relationship, and every opportunity over the past 23 years contributed to this recognition.
