About Jason

Jason has always been drawn to building and creating, with a curiosity that keeps him learning something new every day. That drive led him to the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where he earned a double master’s degree in architecture and urban planning. He appreciates the way thoughtful design shapes not just individual spaces, but the communities around them, and he brings that perspective into his work each day.

Outside the office, Jason values time spent with the people and places that matter most. Married for 26 years and counting, he and his wife enjoy traveling, including multiple trips to Europe and several years living in California, where they developed an appreciation for wine and still return to visit friends and vineyards. Family time often means hiking, cheering on nieces and nephews at volleyball games, and celebrating holidays together.

On his favorite project

Jason doesn’t have one favorite project because each one represents a partnership and a vision brought to life. What stands out most to him isn’t the project type, but the people behind it and the shared process of creating something meaningful.

On relational architecture

“Relational architecture starts with truly getting to know the client and understanding what they want to achieve. By building a genuine personal connection, he’s able to guide projects in a way that helps bring each client’s vision to life.”
