BA in Interior Architecture & Design from Mount Mary University (2022)
Morgan’s passion for design began at a young age through crafting, coloring, and drawing. She credits much of her creative inspiration to her father, who owns a branding and marketing agency, and encouraged an appreciation for art, aesthetics, and creative thinking. Throughout school, Morgan immersed herself in art classes and found joy in expressing creativity through everything from decorating spaces to helping friends with hair and makeup.
She pursued a career in interior design because it offered an opportunity to combine creativity with purpose, creating environments that positively impact people’s daily lives and well-being. Morgan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture & Design from Mount Mary University in 2022. Her experience includes internships in residential design, commercial furniture, and design-build, along with four years working in the high-end residential design-build industry, where she developed a strong understanding of both design and construction.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys hiking, practicing hot yoga, golfing, collecting vintage art and vinyl records, and spending time with her extended family in Arizona. She is always on the lookout for a great sushi spot and enjoys exploring new places and experiences.
"I’m excited to gain experience working on commercial projects, especially within the hospitality sector, but I’ll always have an affinity for residential design. I enjoy building personal relationships with clients and seeing the excitement that comes from bringing their vision to life. There’s something incredibly rewarding about helping create a space that reflects who they are and how they want to live."
"To me, relational architecture means approaching every project from a holistic perspective. It’s understanding how users, experiences, and the environment all influence the design and creating meaningful connections throughout the process. Strong relationships and thoughtful collaboration are what ultimately lead to spaces that truly serve the people who use them."
