About Tim

With a strong foundation in architectural studies and urban planning, Tim has spent over two decades honing his skills as an Architectural Project Manager. His education and professional experience have shaped a career focused on delivering innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions.

Tim excels at leading multidisciplinary teams—including consultants, contractors, and internal staff—to ensure each project is executed with precision and aligned with client goals. Whether managing commercial, residential, or public-sector work, he approaches every project with collaboration, transparency, and a deep commitment to quality.

Outside of the office, Tim enjoys cheering on his two teenage daughters at their dance, field hockey, and lacrosse events, as well as spending quality time with his family. A lifelong baseball fan, he also finds joy in baking, volunteering, and relaxing with a good book—or a week at the beach.

On his favorite project

"Having worked on numerous projects over the years, it’s tough to choose a favorite.  Each one presents a new challenge and opportunity, and I thrive on the unique solutions we create together as a team."

On relational architecture

For me, architecture is about more than just structures—it's about relationships.  Whether collaborating with clients, consultants, or contractors, I’m committed to creating spaces that serve both people and purpose.  It’s this relational approach that makes every project not just a job, but a rewarding journey.”
