You likely:

• Have 10–15+ years of experience and are a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  
• Have fully managed projects from feasibility and entitlements through construction administration
  
• Possess strong knowledge of municipal approvals, zoning, stormwater management, and site development regulations
  
• Communicate clearly and build trust naturally
  
• Are relational and people-oriented
  
• Lead with confidence while remaining humble and open
  
• Take ownership and follow through
  

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading civil scope through all project phases with excellence
  
• Serving as the primary relationship point for civil clients and municipalities
  
• Managing grading, drainage, utilities, and permitting processes
  
• Coordinating seamlessly with architects, consultants, and contractors
  
• Managing budgets, schedules, and regulatory approvals
  
• Ensuring technical quality, constructability, and compliance
  
• Mentoring and strengthening team members
  
• Contributing to firm growth and strategic direction

Preferred Experience

• Strong proficiency in CAD & Revit
  
• Experience with stormwater modeling and grading design
  
• Experience navigating municipal approval processes
  
• Experience mentoring junior engineers
  
• Interest in business development and firm growth
