Custom home design means starting from your goals, not from a template. We spend time understanding how you live, what matters to you about your home, and what you are working with in terms of site and budget. From there, we design around those specifics. We use 3D modelling throughout the process so you can see your home before construction begins, and so decisions get made at the design stage rather than on-site when changes cost more.
Some of the homes we design are large, high-end builds with premium finishes. Others are more modest in scope. The process is the same either way: relational, budget disciplined, and built around your vision. What makes a home custom is not the price tag. It is a design that could only belong to you. Walk Through Your Home Before It Is Built
We use 3D modeling throughout the design process. We build your home digitally first, then take you on a tour through it before you ever hire a contractor. If a window on the plan needs to be bigger because you want to see the tree beyond it, you catch that in the model, not on the job site.
That planning up front is where a custom home succeeds. Moving a wall or enlarging a window during construction costs time and money. Making those decisions in the model costs neither. By the time construction begins, you know exactly what your home will look like.

Our luxury residential work spans new construction, major renovations, and full custom builds across Milwaukee and southeast Wisconsin, and for clients building outside the state. Finishes, materials, lighting, and spatial flow are developed alongside the floor plan rather than handed off to a separate firm after the building design is locked in.
Lakefront and Waterfront Home Architecture
Waterfront homes come with their own set of challenges: site orientation, shoreline setbacks, environmental requirements, and making sure the design actually takes full advantage of the setting. A well-designed lakefront home maximizes the lake views, protects your privacy from neighbors, and opens the interior to the water with large windows and open living spaces.
We have a growing portfolio of lakefront and waterfront residential projects across Wisconsin, including work on Geneva Lake, Pewaukee Lake, Oconomowoc Lake, and along the Lake Michigan shoreline. Completed projects include the Colman Woods Residence in Williams Bay, a 13,000 sq. ft. custom home on Geneva Lake, and Lakeside Oasis in Burlington, a waterfront renovation and addition completed in 2024. We bring that same waterfront expertise to lake and coastal properties outside Wisconsin as well, wherever your site is.
