You likely:

• Have 10–15+ years of experience and are a Licensed Architect
• Have fully managed projects from programming through construction administration
• Possess strong knowledge of building codes and regulatory processes
• Communicate clearly and build trust naturally

• Take ownership and follow through

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Leading projects through all phases with excellence
• Serving as the primary relationship point for clients
• Managing budgets, schedules, and consultant coordination
• Ensuring technical quality and code compliance
• Mentoring and strengthening team members
• Contributing to firm growth and strategic direction

You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility and invited into important conversations about the future of the firm.

Preferred Experience

• Strong proficiency in Revit
• Experience mentoring junior architects
• Interest in business development and firm growth
