  • Have 10–15+ years of experience and are a Licensed Architect

  • Leading projects through all phases with excellence
  • Serving as the primary relationship point for clients
  • Managing budgets, schedules, and consultant coordination
  • Ensuring technical quality and code compliance
  • Mentoring and strengthening team members
  • Contributing to firm growth and strategic direction

Preferred Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Revit
  • Experience mentoring junior architects
